At Lit Escalates, we want you to love your apparel as much as you love the message behind it. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear makes it back to our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
